TAXES
The prices of our products are all expressed in Chilean pesos (CLP) and they include the Value Added Tax (VAT) corresponding to 19% of their value.
International purchases may be subject to local customs duties and/or taxes on arrival to the country where the products are delivered. These taxes and rates are not included in the cost of your purchase and they do not cover the cost of these charges; therefore, we recommend that you check with your local authorities, since it is a cost you must assume.
PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay national and international purchases through Pay Pal (Visa, MasterCard, Magna, American Express, Diners Club).
CURRENCY
All our prices are expressed in Chilean pesos (CLP).
DELIVERIES
Once the purchase is made, we will prepare the delivery within 48 working hours and dispatch it through Chilexpress in the case of national deliveries, or via DHL in the case of international deliveries.
At the time of dispatching your purchase, we will send you infomation with the tracking number so that you can monitor the delivery.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you decide you would rather exchange the model, size or color, you have 30 days to do it. We accept the exchange of the new product, without use, in its original packaging, with all the labels on, and with the electronic receipt.
We will not refund the difference if the product you want to take has a lower price than the original one.
If the product you purchased has any failures, you have the right to the legal guarantee in the 3 months that follow the purchase in order to request the exchange or the free repair of the product.
You should send us the product in order to evaluate it and we will then proceed with the exchange or the repair as long as it applies to the proper use and care of the garment; otherwise, the guarantee cannot be used.
Returns are not accepted.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit our website or purchase something from LŪ BY María.
